I am writing this letter to inform everyone of the great relationship we have had with Don Rummelhoff and Rummelhoff Music.
Don has always treated our parents and students fairly. He had bent over backwards to give them quality instruments at
low prices. He has repaired when needed, or replaced if necessary. I do not know of any parent who has any complaints
of Rummelhoff Music. Instead, all I have ever heard is positive comments about Don and his business dealings.
My favorite aspect of purchasing instruments from Rummelhoff Music is that for less than rentals for a year,
we own the instruments. My oldest daughter is still playing the flute we purchased six years ago. The younger
daughter is playing the violin we purchased two years ago. If ever our son needs an instrument, we will not
hesitate to call Rummelhoff Music.
