Return Policy

Rummelhoff Music has a 3 day return and a 7 day exchange policy on all items we ship. We include this policy with every item purchased through our business. We want you to be as comfortable as possible with your new instrument, and allow exchanges for full credit of original price towards any other instrument in stock. You can upgrade or exchange for another model, color, etc.

We do not credit any original shipping charges toward the exchange. In addition, you will be responsible for the return shipment of the item being returned. If the return is the consequence of a direct mistake made by Rummelhoff Music, we will make an exception and cover these roundtrip shipping charges. These exceptions are at the sole discretion of Rummelhoff Music and its returns department.

We must be notified of intent to return within 3 days of merchandise arrival.

We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear. Returns must be shipped to us with all original contents and the protective outer packaging. Any items returned without all original contents and packaging or showing signs of wear and tear are subject to restocking fees (up to 10% of purchase price), cost of replacing the missing items, or refusal of return at our discretion.

However, if the merchandise is damaged in transit, you should refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately.

If you refuse shipment for other reasons, you will still be responsible for all shipping charges. You will be refunded the amount of the product that was refused minus the total shipping charges for that shipment.

All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of Rummelhoff Music and the availability of items in stock. Due to the unique nature of pre-owned instruments, we will work with you to the best of our abilities to find an instrument as closely comparable to the original item in question.
